...actually, seingat aku, menurut buku maksud nama2 anak Islam, 'Syafiah' ni maksudnye "yang merawat;penawar"...meanwhile '`Adilah' maksudnye "adil"...ehehe...padankah maksud name aku dengan sifat aku yang sebenarnye??hmmm...

Maksud nama2 anda semua pula bagaimana ye?

Bahan-bahan(5-7ketul):

2 ekor ikan aji

100 g tepung 'warabi mochi ko'

25 g tepung 'katakuri ko'

sedikit garam

minyak untuk menggoreng

Cara-cara:

1.Siang ikan bersih2 dan buang kulit ikan dengan menariknya dari kepala.

2.Ambil daging/isi ikan sahaja dan buang tulang2.

3.Kisarkan isi ikan guna blender (tambah air sket) sehingga hancur.

4.Keluarkan isi dan tambah garam dan 2 jenis tepung di atas dan gaul rata sehingga jadi sedikit kental sahaja.Tak perlu terlalu kering kerana akan jadi terlalu keras selepas digoreng nanti.

5.Ambil sket adunan dan gentel sehingga menjadi bentuk keropok lekor yang disukai.

6.Panaskan minyak dengan api sederhana dan gorenglah keropok lekor tadi.Rajin2la balik2kan selalu supaya dapat masak dengan sekata dan goreng sehingga warna perang-keperangan.

Sedap dimakan panas2 dicecah dengan sos cili.Selamat mencuba!
